Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Lake County so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Facilities and Equipment
Intra oral photography, Intra oral cameras, and nitrous oxide are present in our offices.

Insurance and Billing
We are a fee for service dental office that will process most insurance, however we are not on any lists for dental maintenance organizations (DMO'S or PPO'S). If you have questions about your dental coverage, please contact our office. Also, remember to bring your insurance card with you on each visit.

Our Office
As a licensed dentist in Lake County we work with our patients so they can achieve and maintain a beautiful smile and healthier gums and teeth.
